Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator to elevate our marketing initiatives for a full-time, on-site role located in Drummoyne, NSW. This role focuses on creating visually stunning collateral, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, and various other materials. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, advanced skills in Adobe Suite, and a proven track record in both print and digital marketing.
Key Tasks:
Graphic Design:
- Create visually striking and on-brand marketing materials, including social media graphics, newsletters, brochures, flyers, and various other materials.
- Ensure design consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage and create content for digital channels, utilising Adobe Suite for digital asset creation and enhancement.
Copywriting:
- Develop compelling and persuasive copy for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to craft engaging content.
Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on graphic design elements.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights for optimisation.
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of events.
- Coordinate logistics and manage all event-related visual content.
Website Management:
- Take ownership of website content updates, implementing design changes for optimal user experience.
- Monitor website analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing in a role that focuses on graphic design.
- Bachelor’s degree/Qualification in graphic design, or a related field.
- Intermediate/advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Proven social media content creation experience is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines/timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager with various marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
- Design collateral such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, and various other materials.
- Monitor and update the company website, CMS, and social media platforms.
- Provide support for sponsored conferences and internal events.
- Create eDMs (Campaign Monitor), including list management and result assessment.
- Manage milestone anniversary certificates and vouchers.
- Coordinate stock takes and monitor collateral levels.
- Undertake administrative duties, including proofreading, reporting, and liaising with suppliers.
