As a Graphic Designer, you'll be instrumental in translating our vision into captivating visuals that resonate with our diverse audience. This is a 14-month full-time fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and Production: Create visually appealing marketing communications, including layout, typesetting, and pre-press tasks, ensuring they meet high standards and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Internal Design Requests: Design corporate documents, presentations, signage, digital assets, templates, and fulfill ad hoc design needs promptly and effectively.
- Brand Guideline Adherence: Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all collateral and reinforce the airport's brand identity.
- Supplier Coordination: Obtain quotes from suppliers and manage communication to ensure timely and cost-effective production of printed materials, maintaining quality standards.
- Photoshoot Coordination: Coordinate and oversee photoshoots to capture imagery aligned with Adelaide Airport's brand identity and promotional objectives, ensuring high-quality visual content.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain photo and graphic design assets to facilitate easy access and streamline future design processes.
- Wayfinding Map Creation: Collaborate with the drafting team to create clear and effective wayfinding maps, enhancing the customer experience by providing intuitive navigation within the airport.
- Team Support: Provide flexible support across the Customer Brand & Marketing team, contributing to various projects and tasks as needed to achieve departmental objectives.
Key requirements include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design related courses.
- 2 – 4 years of relevant graphic design.
- A high level of technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- An understanding of digital asset requirements for social media, web and eDMs.

- You will have excellent written and communication skills with a strong drive to create successful results and quickly adapt to changes within an agile environment.
- You have exceptional organisation skills to meet deadlines with a high attention to detail.
- You have the ability to work as part of a team but with a proactive self-driven attitude.
