Graphic Designer

We are a proudly a privately owned and operated WA School Photography company with a history dating back more than 40 years. We photograph schools right across Perth and regional WA.

This is primarily a Graphic Designer role and focuses on marketing and social media creation.

• Create visually stunning graphics for various marketing materials including videos, and written posts across all channels
• Design captivating layouts for school photo packages, ensuring a seamless and attractive presentation
• Develop eye-catching graphics and assist with marketing campaigns as well as social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations and measurement of success
• Suggest and implement new strategies to develop brand awareness and aid with customer retention
• Collaborate with the marketing team, and other departments, such as sales and customer service to ensure brand continuity
• Support cross-functional teams to create compelling and relevant content for client briefs (yearbooks, and other printed material)
• Work to set deadlines and deliver all assets within the required time frame

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of executing creative design projects 
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign and creation tools
• You demonstrated successful experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance
• You have a strong understanding of social media platform mechanics and keep yourself updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies
