- Providing consistently excellent Customer Service, in person and over the phone
- Processing of travel enquiries and bookings with accuracy utilising software packages and booking systems
- Building relationships within travel agents and looking for opportunities to support the growth of our brand.
- Building rapport with walk in clients to leave a lasting, positive impression of Greyhound.
- Converting customer enquiries into sales creating higher revenue and yield.
- Explaining fare rules and route options to customers
- Ideally you will have customer call centre experience
- Advanced computer skills
- Flexibility to work in our Travel and Call Centre
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster e,g, different start and finish times to meet the needs of the business
- Our Call Centre trading hours are Monday to Saturday 7.00am to 5.30pm
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer centric personality
- The ability to multitask while taking high level call volumes and responding to emails each day
- Problem solving skills
- The ability to quickly obtain knowledge of Greyhound fares, destinations and booking processes
- The ability to communicate with a high level of effective written and interpersonal skills
- A preparedness to take initiative and drive strong results
- Accurate reporting of all incidents, customer feedback, risks and hazards in line with established practices and procedures
