Holy Spirit College is a Catholic co-educational secondary school located in the rapidly developing suburb of Fitzgibbon in North Brisbane, approximately 15km from Brisbane City. The College opened in January 2022 with 96 Year 7 students and will increase by one year level each year until it reaches Year 12. We currently have 335 students from years 7-9.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Grounds and Maintenance position works on the care and Maintenance of the College gardens and surrounds and general maintenance of areas around the College.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge, qualifications and experience determined by the employer will be necessary to successfully carry out the duties of the position
• Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education
• Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
• Current possession of a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement
• Current driver’s license (minimum class C - Car)
CAPABILITIES
• Knowledge and ability to reliably perform routine garden and ground maintenance tasks to service standards
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in the routine use and Maintenance of equipment utilised in maintaining gardens and grounds

- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
