THE ROLE: As a grounds and Maintenance Officer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of our holiday parks. You will be required to work a rotating roster that includes weekends, public holidays and early starts and your location, whilst predominantly at Caloundra, may also require some shifts at our BIG4 Maroochy River park in Maroochydore.
Here's what you'll be responsible for:

- Grounds upkeep, including lawns, gardens, and common areas.
- Routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are in top-notch condition.
- Responding promptly to guest requests and reported issues.
- Collaborating with the team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Supporting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Taking initiative and having pride in your work is an absolute must!
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or maintenance roles.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
