Marsupial are seeking a Horticulturist Team Leader - Maintenance to join our fast paced team based in the South East Queensland. This role is a hands on one involving all facets of planting and grounds maintenance in addition to performing Team Leader duties. This full-time permanent opportunity is based out of our Yatala office.

Responsibilities include:
- Leadership of a small team
- Auditing, record keeping and reporting
- Various landscape management duties, including:
- Garden and tree planting
- Mowing
- Mulching
- Pruning
- Pest and disease identification
- Hedging and weeding
About you:
- Great attitude, communication skills, organised, problem solver, friendly and approachable.
- Drivers licence (manual)
- MR vehicle licence
- Construction Induction (White) Card
- Cert III in Parks and Gardens or qualification in Horticulture / Arboriculture
- Experience in Landscape Maintenance
- A passion for working outdoors and improving the environment
