We are seeking two employees to work as a team and job share the grounds and maintenance role. To be eligible to be considered for the role you should have the following skills and attributes
Experience with pools and chemicals (preferred but training can be offered)
Proven handyman skills required to undertake unit and resort maintenance
Knowledge of machinery associated to ground maintenance
Initiative a key element of the role
Ability to work unsupervised
Must be reliable and have a drivers licence
Must have a reasonable level of fitness to undertake the role.
Must be friendly and well presented as often our grounds and Maintenance Team engage with inhouse guests. A sense of humour is always welcome.
Available to provide On-call maintenance support which is paid as overtime. After shift call outs are infrequent. Reasonably close access to the resort in Korora is favourable.
The resort operates 24 hours/7 days per week and we wish to employee two applicants to work as a team for a 27 hour work week each which includes a 2 hour shift from 7am - 9am on Sat and Sun to be shared. Part time positions are being offered with annual and sick leave included or casual employment can be offered as advertised. The role potentially enables the successful applicants to interchange rostered hours mutually if required.
