Our maintenance department is an important part of our College, so we are looking for a great person who takes pride in their work and understands that creating a beautiful campus inspires the future generation of children and improves the working environment for our staff.
We are looking for a person who is passionate about landscape design, plant selection, gardening, sporting fields maintenance and generally providing quality facilities for our staff and students to enjoy.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 2.36pm across our two Ashmore campuses.
A little About you:
- Warm and friendly, with good communication skills
- Well organised, common sense and “just gets on with it”
- An eye for detail and notice things around the campus to improve
- A genuine care factor
- Have experience with landscaping, gardening and equipment maintenance
- Experience with lawn care and sports line marking would be a definite benefit
About the Grounds Person role:
- Responding to work requests in a timely manner.
- Carrying out regular blowing down, gardening, mowing, hedging tasks as well as landscaping maintenance and project work.
- Assisting with setting/ packing up for College functions and events.
- Helping to ensure the College grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
- Must hold a current driver’s license and Blue Card or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
