Located close to West Perth our clients are a highly successful company in the construction industry in which provide high-quality building services to residential and commercial markets.
Due to growth and success the Directors would now like to add to their already successful team with the addition of an experienced Group Administrator.
The vacancy
- Provide comprehensive administration support to multiple teams or departments, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Support the Group team, including the Chief Operating Officer, HSEQ, H.R
- Travel bookings and management
- Plan, coordinate company events, including meetings, conferences, workshops, and social gatherings
- Work with the teams to coordinate required training
- Maintain organise systems for important documents and records, both digital and physical
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Maintain the functionality and cleanliness of the office.
To apply:
- Proven experience in administration support or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software applications e.g., Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
- Able to start work at 8 AM (Monday to Friday)
- Hold an Australian drivers licence and car for occassional work commute to construction sites.
In return:
- Salary of between $70,000 to $75,000 + Super
