Roles & Responsibilities (This role has 4 Aspects to it)

1. Client Management

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on media and advertising strategies.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.

2. Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of account managers and other professionals, providing direction, support, and mentorship.
• Oversee the allocation of resources across accounts to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
• Oversee the development and execution of media and advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

3. Strategic Planning & Communication

• Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive media strategies that align with client goals.
• Collaborate with other departments within the agency, such as creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Encourage and foster a culture of innovation within the team to keep the agency's offerings competitive and forward-thinking.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance, business development activities, and team achievements.

4. Financial Management & Business Development

• Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) for the group of accounts, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts, contributing to the agency's overall financial planning.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new business.
• Lead and participate in pitch processes for new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients.
• Achieve revenue targets and profitability goals for the agency.

What we are looking for

Experience

1. Industry Experience: Extensive experience in the media and advertising industry, with a deep understanding of media planning, buying, and campaign execution.
2. Client Management: Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and large accounts.
3. Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
4. Business Development: Experience in business development, including pitching for new business and expanding existing accounts.
5. Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and media strategies.
6. Financial Management: Experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
7. Project Management: Experience overseeing the development and execution of complex media and advertising campaigns.
