About the Role:
We are seeking applications for the position ofGroup Company Accountantfor our global headquarters and manufacturing campus in Murarrie, Brisbane. You’ll be part of a supportive team, backed by your Leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals in the team. This role is a full-time position in the office Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist with the monthly management report and Board reporting packs.
- · Assist with annual audit conducted by our external Big 4 auditor.
- · Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- · Assisting in the preparation of year end statutory accounts
- · Assist with company tax return and R&D tax concession calculation.
- · Assist with reporting consolidated results at a group level
- · Training and mentoring junior staff
- · Ensuring Accounting standards and policies are adhered to
- · Other accounting and finance tasks as and when required.
What You’ll bring:
· Min 5 years’ experience in similar role
· CAANZ qualification.
· SAP B1 or similar ERP experience
· Strong Microsoft Office program knowledge including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
· Excellent time management.
.· Excellent attentions to detail.
· Great communication skills
· Candidates with Experience in publicly listed companies will be highly regarded.
