YOUR ROLE
As the Company Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in the continued financial success of the business, working closely with the experienced CFO to provide accurate financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your duties will include:
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports, with in-depth analysis.
- Updating cash flow forecasts to keep our finances on track.
- Reconciliation of Trade Debtors and COO accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Developing and updating company and departmental budgets for future growth.
- Strategic analysis of GP margins, cost structures, and EBIT to maximize profitability.
- Skillful management of capital expenditure to optimize resources.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bring several years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ideally within a medium to large commercial organization.
- Possess strong analytical prowess and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Embrace a hands-on, team-focused approach, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
