The role
Sitting a large finance team, Group Finance Manager will manage a team of 2 in and be responsible for:
- Leading the month end process and consolidation of Group results
- Delivering month end and year results
- Preparation and delivery of management reports, and board packs
- Mange income tax lodgment, FBT and BAS
- Lead the annual audit process
- Lead budgeting/forecasting processes, and analysing variances
- Delivery of performance reports and analysis to key internal stakeholders
- Leading systems upgrades projects and process improvement initiatives

MUST have qualifications
- CA, not CPA qualification
- Previous experience in Big-4 or Mid-tier accounting firms (either Audit or Business Services) + commercial experience
- Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of a business’ key performance drivers
- Strong communication skills and partnering abilities
- Experience with a local or international listed business
