Group Financial Reporting Manager

ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting:Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.Coordinate the Financial Reporting process, collaborating with subsidiary finance teams and ensuring adherence to SEC regulations.Audit Management:Lead the annual external audit process, ensuring efficient and timely completion.Serve as the main liaison between the company and external auditors, addressing queries and facilitating a smooth audit.Internal Controls and Compliance:Implement and monitor internal controls in line with SOX requirements.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, reporting, and disclosure obligations.Budgeting and Forecasting:Manage the group budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with business units to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.Tax Compliance:Oversee the preparation of federal and state tax filings, working closely with tax advisors to optimize the company's tax position.Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.Cash Flow Management:Monitor and manage the group's cash flow, optimizing working capital and liquidity.Implement strategies to enhance cash management efficiency.Financial Analysis and Strategy:Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support executive management in strategic decision-making.Collaborate with other departments to evaluate and implement financial strategies for business growth.Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor a team of 2 finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
