SalaryAs a Group Coach, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating group coaching sessions, guiding Jetts Noosa Members towards their strongest self physically and mentally. Your role will involve creating a safe and inclusive space for open discussions, encouraging members to perform to their highest ability, providing constructive feedback and offering valuable insights to helping individuals overcome challenges. The right candidate will evolve with our team, have a high level of skills and knowledge of the industry.
This position is paying incredibly well as it's well above award rates
Responsibilities:
- Lead group coaching sessions, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the team
- Facilitate discussions and encourage active participation from all group members
- Provide guidance and support to individuals in setting and achieving their goals
- Offer constructive feedback and help participants identify areas for improvement while giving them the tool to be able to follow through
- Develop and implement coaching strategies tailored to the needs of each group
- Track and monitor individual progress, ensuring accountability and motivation.
- Stay up-to-date with coaching techniques and industry trends to continuously enhance your skills
- Facilitate group challenges, track progress and complete strength testing
