About the role
We are looking for a casual/part-time Group Fitness Coach to join our team and help drive an incredible member experience. Excellent opportunity for progression and on-going training in the Body Fit Training system. As a coach at BFT North Lakes, you will be responsible for driving our member experience and ensuring everyone comes out of every session thinking “Now THAT was an awesome session!” You will be running fun, energetic, and engaging sessions, and in an educational & safe environment. YOU are the face of the business and together with the rest of the coaching team, you will be the reason our members keep coming back!

Skills and Experience You Must Bring
You must have a minimum of one year experience as a personal trainer or Group Fitness trainer. You also must have the following:
- Certificate IV in Personal Training (desirable) or Certificate III in Group Fitness
- Additional industry relevant qualifications (Bachelor Sports & Exercise Science/ASCA accreditations) (highly favourable)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Great interpersonal skill, a genuine passion for connecting with and helping people reach their goals
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Ambition for career progression
