The Fit Space provides small Group Fitness classes that are personalised, evidence based and community driven. We create a physical space that promotes change and inspires our clients to be the best versions of themselves. We exist to challenge the status quo around Group Fitness training and seek to educate, connect, and empower our clients and community. As a small team we are closely aligned by shared values which guide how we work and grow as a team. We are 'humorously professional' priding ourselves on being the best in the business while having fun doing it! We connect and educate like-minded individuals to move fearlessly, while respecting each individual journey and acknowledging the diversity within our community. Above all we strive for continuous improvement within ourselves as exercise professionals but also for our clients and community.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Previous personal training or Group Fitness experience is ideal but not required
- Up to date First Aid & CPR
