Your new Role:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the project coordination and business requirements on site. On any given day this may include:
· Locally resource for the respective customer to provide required information, guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process and business needs;
· Working with the customer and system developers, analysing business requirements and business processes as well as developing functional specifications of the system software to implement;
· Project coordination on site with project plans and organisation, adopting procedures, system test plans for several phases of acceptance tests and verifications, trainings;
· Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies in the business processes;
· Recommending optimal business practices and usage of system functionalities;
· Representing the company to the respective customer and the third parties in the APAC region, discuss, analyse and respond to new projects and new business requirements;
· Willing and able to travel on a regular basis.
About you:
· Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar fields of expertise or minimum of 5 years work experience
· Project management experience
· Decisiveness; Goal-oriented
· Extensive experience with automated logistics systems
· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and simultaneously on multiple tasks
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
· Ability to build and foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
