What you'll do: Lead a multi disciplinary team across Facilities, Property, Fleet and Records Management and related projectsDeliver the oversight of and reporting on insurance claims relating to the Hunter Water land and property portfolio, motor vehicle claims and public liability issues.Deliver effective contract management of external land management & property management organisations, including management of performance as per contracts, performance reporting, financial management and regular audit and assurance activities.Provide high level support to organisational acquisition and sale activities including negotiations, valuation reviews and risk management activities.What you'll need to be successful: Essential Criteria: Degree qualifications in a relevant fieldMinimum 5 years' experience specialising in Property related activitiesDemonstrated experience in effectively leading a diverse teamHighly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and build effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholdersExcellent conflict management and negotiation skillsDemonstrated experience in contract management, managing budgets and delivering business process improvementDesirable Criteria: Qualifications in Leadership or ManagementExperience/exposure to organisational fleet activitiesWorking knowledge of statutes governing landUnderstanding of statutory requirements around SOC records management requirements and GIPA processesApplication Steps: To be considered for this position applicants must submit a cover letter addressing the Selection Criteria and provide a current resume.
