- Driving a national team to improve performance and best practice management of safety initiatives and Wellbeing strategies whilst ensuring regulatory requirements are adhered to.
- Facilitate training, workplace programs and be a safety advocate to achieve cultural transformation
- Assess incident notifications and investigate root causes to implement control measures and reduce further risk
- Be present, engaging and effective in leading multiple state Safety and Wellbeing partners to meet compliance & business objectives.
- Existing multi-state or national management experience within Safety or Wellbeing
- Demonstrated effective leadership throughout periods of change and ensured a positive safety culture with all stakeholders
- Have experience providing expert advice and developed strategies whilst prepared to present to Senior Management and the Board
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Of Occupational Health and Safety (Desired)
