Project Manager ? Property

The Opportunity to join our Team and make a difference Anglicare are currently hiring for a Project Manager to join our Finance, Property & Procurement Team based in Fortitude Valley in a Full Time Permanent capacity. In this role, you will project manage the delivery of designated building and construction projects, including new building construction, upgrades to existing property and fitout of owned and leased property. The Project Manager, Property will take the project through detailed planning, tendering / tender selection to construction and post occupancy stages. Your role in supporting Anglicare will include:Contribute to the specification, scoping and planning of upgrades to existing property and new capital works.
Prepare project plans or participate in the development of project plans, as required.
Manage the submission and processing of relevant development and building approvals from relevant levels of government.
