About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled, mature minded and proactive Group Office Manager to ensure the seamless operation of our dynamic office environments across the Marshall White Group. This pivotal role calls for an exceptional leader adept in managing diverse teams and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast paced environment. Based at Armadale, this role services all locations within Marshall White Group.
What You’ll do:
- Direct the overall operations of multiple offices, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and manage front office teams, including reception and office coordinators, with a focus on excellence in client relations and internal communication.
- Spearhead initiatives to refine and upgrade operational processes, enhancing the client experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage key projects such as office refurbishments and the integration of new systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and deadlines.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and one-on-one sessions to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for Directors and Partners, assisting with strategic tasks and decision-making processes.
