About the Role:
Redland is seeking a Group Procurement Officer to support our procurement team by planning, sourcing, and managing procurement activities. Reporting to the Head of Group Procurement, this position will validate stakeholder needs, analyse markets, and conduct sourcing activities in line with policies, participating in negotiations to secure value-for-money outcomes.
The successful candidate will have confident communication and collaboration skills to be able to provide advice to staff, promote good practices and governance as well as explain procurement processes to stakeholders, stay updated with policies, and build market knowledge.
Our ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business Management (or similar) a Diploma of Procurement and Contracting, supported by at least two years of procurement experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is essential for this role, as is effective communication, data visualization, teamwork, adaptability, and negotiation skills.
This is a brand new, full time permanent position, based in our new offices in Albion, conveniently located 2 minutes from Albion station.
