Do you live and breath numbers, have strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail? Keen to join a fun and dynamic team in the Craft beer sector? This an on-site role, remote bookkeeping will not be considered.
Primarily the day-to-day role includes:
-All aspects of Bookkeeping, Purchasing and stock control
-Managing Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable
-Payroll
-B.A.S & EOFY Preparations
-Monthly Excise reporting
-Scheduling Stocktaking and maintaining inventory register
-Assist with developing Administration procedures.
To be considered for the roll the following are essential:
-Formal Bookkeeping or accounting qualification and minimum 2 years experience.
-Prepared to work on site (remote bookkeepers need not apply)
-Strong bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals, an eye for detail
-Strong interpersonal skill
-XERO champion
-Familiarity with Enterprise systems
-Microsoft Office suite - Proficient
-Charismatic, a good communicator, highly organized and efficient.
-Must be self-motivated with great time management & performance focused.
