Form of workThis senior management role would appeal to an accomplished clinician with extensive experience within the Aged Care sector who has a track record of successfully defining policy and ensuring its compliance.
As a member of a collegiate leadership team you will possess strong influencing skills to obtain compliance with clinical processes and procedures. You will assume responsibility for the Quality and Compliance consultants within the homes and ensure continuous improvement plans are implemented.
You will lead the organisations relationships and negotiations with regulatory bodies. As such you must be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of Commonwealth and State regulatory framework and the new Aged Care Act.
Through your work reviewing quality and compliance issues in the homes you will suggest the implementation of new Educational initiatives where required.
The successful candidate will will demonstrate a stable career track record of progression within a similar leading Aged Care organisation. A clinical qualification ,or extensive experience gained within the Commission is required.
