Support Officer Quality Management Systems

The Company: We specialize in the provision of Scientific equipment HACCP systems, desk audits, food safety plans, Audits for Management systems and training for the staff who use these systems with an operational point of view.

We are qualified and licensed Food Safety & Quality Management systems Auditors through Exemplar Global (formerly RABQSA), having had a great exposure to good food, Our company is well versed with HACCP, Coles, WW, Aldi, Costco, ISO 9000 AFS, EC(MMP)O - 2005, EUROGAP, BRC, SQF, Subway Standard, Spotless Standard, QFC Standard, AQIS Guidelines to Approved Arrangements, Food Standards Code, National Measurement Regulation - 1999 amongst others.

We undertake verification of Food samples for pathogenic and microbiological testing as per statutory state requirements. We also aid and assist in the purchase of correct monitoring systems and equipment. The company was devised to help industry professionals understand, develop and implement food safety plans keeping in view a smooth operational flow. We also assess competency levels in special skilled categories for Quality systems management. this includes team coaching and advice on methodology.

We provide qualified trainers and assessors specializing in food to conduct food safety related trainings The basis of these key competencies are in line with ATQF principles. We operate from within Australia and provide services to our client's worldwide; our current active areas of overseas operations include India & China.

Scope: The Company requires a responsible personality; you will be responsible for growing our client base and building relationships with current accounts across Australia / Overseas. To create and develop these positive business relationships you will use your fine tuned skills in asking questions, listening constructively and finding out the deeper needs of your customers. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A formal education in Food sciences (Tertiary level essential).
• Experience of  1-2 years in Food production areas as an Quality Manager or similar role, this role will also suit a fresh graduate (Masters level).
• Knowledge of solution based & value added selling.
• Ability to increase and grow sales for the company.
• The ability to Co-ordinate and sell effective training to clients.
• Ability to read and digest voluminous documents relative to food safety.
• Ability to understand and guide clients in regards to Food laws
• An ability to act independently with justification.
• Develop and manage a "Team" with core business attributes.
• Goal oriented and passionate about achieving targets
• Possess good time management and prioritization
• Happy to travel around Australia, Overseas.
