Responsibilities:
As a Group Trainer, you will be responsible for leading engaging and effective group fitness classes. Your primary duties include:
- Conducting dynamic and innovative fitness classes for various fitness levels.
- Motivating and inspiring participants to reach their fitness goals.
- Providing proper exercise instruction, form correction, and modifications.
- Creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the studio.
- Building strong relationships with members and fostering a sense of community.
- Staying informed about fitness trends and incorporating new elements into classes.
Qualifications:
Essential
- Certificate 3 in Fitness
- First Aid and CPR
Desirable
- Certificate 4 in Fitness
- Qualification in Yoga and/or Pilates
- Previous experience leading group fitness classes.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about health and wellness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
