Group Trainer / Marketing Assistant

F45 Chatswood is expanding own team and looking for a high quality Group Trainer / Marketing Assistant to deliver this team based, high intensity training at our studio and an incredible experience for our amazing clients.

F45 Chatswood is one of Australia's leading F45 studios, and you'll be working directly with the studio owner with over 10 years experience in the industry, who is passionate about growth of their staff, creating a high performing culture while having fun in the best industry out there.

The F45 model is built on having great trainers who truly care about the health and wellbeing of the clients. F45 Chatswood intends to continue this tradition and needs an enthusiastic, motivated "people person" who can work with a team of trainers in delivering fantastic results for our clients as well as managing the business processes. 

This role is ideal for a candidate who already has some experience coaching in the industry and is looking for a role to accelerate their growth in the industry.

Position:                     Group Trainer / Marketing Assistant

Location:                     F45 Chatswood

Reporting to:               Studio Owner

Role:

• Deliver high quality workouts to our clients helping them achieve results at the studio
• Manage the day to day operations of F45 Training Chatswood with a focus on providing clients with the highest quality functional training
• Work closely with the Studio Owner to assist the studio with marketing activities that help drive the key KPI's
• Have some fun, and ensure you keep growing and developing along with us!

Key Responsibilities:  

• Deliver high quality group training classes to F45 Chatswood clients;
• Manage client memberships;
• Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained;
• Implement sales and marketing strategies; and
• Liaise with the Owner to continually improve the clients experience in the studio.
• Any other reasonable tasks outlined which help drive the performance of the studio

Key Attributes:           

• High level verbal and written communication skills;
• Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients;
• Proven personal training experience;
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and business partners;
• Self-motivated and goal oriented;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Common sense attitude to problem solving; and
• Ability to undertake business processes.

Qualifications:            

• Cert III in Personal Training; and
• Senior First Aid Certificate.
