We are an Australian owned travel company based in Frenchs Forest on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Our company specialises in coordinating sporting and academic tours for clubs and schools. Due to growth of our business, a newly created permanent position of Group Travel Coordinator is now available.
A bit about the role:
- Create/manage travel itineraries for clients across various destinations
- Oversee bookings related to all travel components for the group
- Work with ground partners and managers of other departments globally to improve operational processes
What you will need:
- Experience in the travel industry with a demonstrated understanding of travel operations and/or logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication, high level of attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Police background check and WWC clearance
- Be a team player and ability to fit in with our friendly, relaxed office culture
