One of Australia’s leading B2B publishers, Business Publishing Group, is on the hunt for an Advertising Operations Coordinator to help it continue its upwards trajectory in the travel and pharmaceuticals trade publishing space.
The Advertising Operations Coordinator is a dynamic entry-level position that is responsible for ensuring each publication meets strict production, quality control and distribution deadlines.
It would suit either someone looking to break into the media / publishing industry or someone more senior looking for a flexible position.
The role manages the creative assets of advertising partners for the development of the Group’s news titles, answering advertising enquiries, communicating promotions to advertisers, coordinating development and distribution of e-newsletter and eDMs and recording and reporting advertising activity.
Responsibilities also extend to social media and include inputting of published content from one source quickly and accurately into social media channels including editorial content, graphs, pictures and video content. They are required to schedule posts, monitor feedback and report on results.
Some work requiring the use of spreadsheets, design software and telephone work will also be required.
This is a full-time role (but flexibility in location and hours can be discussed depending on experience) based out of offices in Macquarie Park in Sydney’s north, right next door to Macquarie Centre – one of Australia’s most vibrant shopping centres.
