This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.A portion of the role will be ANZ-focused, but you will join a diverse team and have access to global resources. In particular, you will:Lead generation of collateral related to Crimson's international athletics program, which supports high school scholar-athletes around the world by strategizing their growth in sport, preparing them for U.S. admissions (SAT/ACT, extracurriculars, essays, etc.) and putting them in touch with coaches at top universities for the purpose of being recruitedHelp to map Crimson Athletics' growth strategy while owning a tight marketing budgetLead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing, digital and growth campaigns, including managing events, PR content, landing pages, social posts, FB, Adwords, emails & moreHelp manage our sales funnel-monitor the pipeline of prospective families and provide reports analysing marketing touchpoints and campaign performanceCollaborate with regional marketing teams to share assets generated, and filter best practices across company unitsPartner with our sales team to proactively ensure prospective families are nurtured through to enrolmentScout and develop partnership opportunitiesSkills & ExperienceAdaptability and Growth Mindset-you're proactive in ideating new and creative campaigns, shuttering failing initiatives, and learning rapidlyProblem-Solving and Analytical Abilities-you track marketing and sales data rigorously, generating actionable insights that you share with the team and rapidly deployProject Management-you manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly, coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines and continually optimising campaigns for future successCommunication and Interpersonal Skills-you communicate well across teams and organisations, both as a colleague and as a representative of our service to potential customersDesign aesthetic-you have an eye for quality branding, detail in design and clear and striking copywriting that confidently presents our unique value propositionIndustry knowledge development-you rapidly seek to learn about trends in high-school age sports and educationBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business or related fields preferred1-3 years of marketing experience in a growth-oriented environment preferredIf you're passionate about education technology, sport, and people - and you are seeking a fast-paced, collaborative environment - we'd love to hear from you!
