An opportunity has recently become available for a switched-on hospitality professional wanting to make their mark in multi-site quick-service restaurant operations.
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused person with a head for business and a passion for training and developing people to join our Operations team and support our franchise partners grow their business.
About the position:
Reporting to the Head of Operations & Training, you will be a trusted trainer and consultant for our franchise network in South Australia with a large focus on training, managing and supporting our franchise partners. You will be responsible for driving the operational compliance and growth of our restaurants. You will be a strategic thinker who will assist with the growth of our customer base, restaurant sales, profitability, managing and improving customer experience, operating procedures, and new restaurant openings. You will also be a gun at training and developing people. Your experience in identifying and executing on local area marketing opportunities will also be critical in helping you stand out from the crowd!
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic operations coach, trainer, hospitality leader or similar who can take ownership of their portfolio. You will be the ‘guru’ and go to person for your area and drive a positive culture within our network of restaurants.
Some of your key responsibilities are:
- Proactive leadership, coaching, training and development of our franchise partners and their restaurants managers & teams.
- Manage our franchise restaurant network to achieve sales growth targets and improve profitability.
- Continually review, monitor and improve operations of our restaurants, ensuring consistency and a customer first culture.
- Performance of your restaurant portfolio and achieving set KPIs.
- Manage operational systems, processes and procedures.

About You
Ideally you have strong communication skills, have a head for business and enjoy coaching and leading teams. You are self-motivated and flexible with a hands-on approach to your work, complimented by a sound knowledge of food retail or hospitality operations including financial analysis and training.
- QSR or Hospitality experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different situations and styles.
- Able to build credible relationships at all levels.
- A total commitment to delivering first-class product quality, guest service and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and profitablitiy is desirable.
- Commercially aware, calm under pressure and objective.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all activities.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to work autonomously and be Self-motivated to achieve results, KPIs and meet deadlines
