Are you ready to make a meaningful impact within critical community services? We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Management Support Officer for a 3-month contract, starting immediately. This role focuses on enhancing rostering practices and supporting the Rostering & Workforce Management team to achieve business objectives within a government department. About the role: The Workforce Management Support Officer assists with implementing efficient rostering practices and resolving staff queries related to the UKG Pro Workforce Management tool. Key responsibilities:
Monitor trends to identify areas for improving rostering practices.
Assist with basic system administration within UKG Pro, including approved changes to shift templates and workload planner.
Identify root causes of issues and provide feedback to key stakeholders.
Run audits, reports, and data views to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Assist in testing new features and changes in software releases.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support team morale.
About you:
Proven experience in Workforce Management or rostering support roles.
Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to run audits and generate reports.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Prior experience in community services is advantageous.
Current National Police Check and a satisfactory Employment-related Screening Check.
