This role will be based out of Yulara, and support both AAT Kings and SEIT.

The Role
As a Day Tours Consultant, you will promote, sell and provide advice on our amazing AAT Kings/SEIT products, creating lifetime memories for our guests. All this with Ayers Rock right on your doorstep! This is not your everyday workplace!
With full training provided, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips to provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, provide recommendations, process bookings for breathtaking itineraries, and continue the excitement for the journey ahead, as you wave guests off on their tours to ensure they are ready for a day of adventure.
You will also be a crucial support figure for our team, managing daily administrative duties, ensuring the smooth running of our Yulara based team.
About you
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, along with strong communication skills. You will thrive in our team orientated office and be able to support out team where needed. Proven experience using Microsoft applications is essential, whilst previous administration skills are highly desirable.
Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, including some weekend shifts, to ensure our guests experience the trip of a lifetime.
