About the Role:
As the Guest Experience Officer, you'll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day administrative requirements for the park and front office. Work in picturesque settings that feel like a holiday destination in themselves.
Responsibilities of the Guest Experience Officer:
• Elevate guest and homeowner experiences through warm and exceptional service.
• Handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries adeptly.
• Seamlessly manage bookings, cancellations, and transitions.
• Skilfully oversee deposits, homeowner fees, and bookings.
• Swiftly address and resolve any concerns from guests.
• Enthusiasm into driving sales for accommodations and activities.
