With two kilometres of private beach access hugging the Murray River, over 160 acres of bushland and surrounded by over 20,000 acres of state park our holiday park has something for everyone. About the role We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team.

This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This is a casual position with more hours to be picked up during peak season. Responsibilities Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems
