About the role
We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This is a casual position with more hours to be picked up during peak season.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
- Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
- Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems
About You
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
- Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
- Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
