Guest Relations Concierge
12 Month Fixed Term Contract

AMP Guest Relations team will be our Ambassadors for the Quarter Quay Tower (QQT). This striking building was designed by leading Danish architects 3XN with a staggered glass facade showcasing stunning Harbour Bridge and Opera House views. QQT has been designed as a vertical village, to promote networking, collaboration and communication across the business.

How you'll make an impact
  • Reservation management - prioritising, approving and coordinating booking requirements across multiple floors including community spaces, client meeting rooms and boardrooms.
  • Providing guidance - recommending catering and AV services that suit client requirements.
  • Lobby hosting - welcoming guests warmly and effortlessly assisting with registration and wayfinding.
  • Providing advice in relation to event capability, preparing quotes, coordinating and providing function sheets to support successful event management from booking to execution.
  • Coordinating site inspections and induction tours for visitors, new starters, event coordinators as required.
  • Managing the technology relating to the meeting rooms and visitor management by ensuring complete usage, accurate input of requirements and creating a positive guest experience
What you will bring to the team
  • Ideally at least 2 years' experience in a client facing role.
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superb time management and organisational skills.
  • Initiative and innovative way of thinking with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Your hospitality, corporate concierge and hotel experience will be well regarded.
