AMP Guest Relations team will be our Ambassadors for the Quarter Quay Tower (QQT). This striking building was designed by leading Danish architects 3XN with a staggered glass facade showcasing stunning Harbour Bridge and Opera House views. QQT has been designed as a vertical village, to promote networking, collaboration and communication across the business.

How you'll make an impact
- Reservation management - prioritising, approving and coordinating booking requirements across multiple floors including community spaces, client meeting rooms and boardrooms.
- Providing guidance - recommending catering and AV services that suit client requirements.
- Lobby hosting - welcoming guests warmly and effortlessly assisting with registration and wayfinding.
- Providing advice in relation to event capability, preparing quotes, coordinating and providing function sheets to support successful event management from booking to execution.
- Coordinating site inspections and induction tours for visitors, new starters, event coordinators as required.
- Managing the technology relating to the meeting rooms and visitor management by ensuring complete usage, accurate input of requirements and creating a positive guest experience
- Ideally at least 2 years' experience in a client facing role.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superb time management and organisational skills.
- Initiative and innovative way of thinking with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
