We are seeking a dynamic and Customer- focused Guest Relations Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to work independently. Cruise industry experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Guest Relation (APAC), the role will require you to have a strong knowledge of Guest Relationsand Customer Service.
- Proficiency using MS office tools.
- Monitor Guest Relations inbox and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
- Notify guests of itinerary changes and assist with day-to-day emails.
- Prioritize workload and provide personalized assistance to top guests.
- Respond to all emails within 48 hours and follow up with ships on account enquiries.
- Assist at PONANT Events and assist to maximize revenue.
- Send out insurance letters as required and handle refunds in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Programs
- Advantageous to have cruise industry experience
- Strong email, communication, and telephone skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
