AddressSouthport Motel & Apartments (formerly Earls Court Motel) is an Australian Family owned and operated accommodation provider located in the heart of Southport.
Accommodation options include a selection of 23 comfortable motel rooms and 14 newly renovated 1 & 3 bedroom apartments.
The motel is located only meters from a light rail station and a short walk to Queen Street Village shopping centre and Dendy Cinemas.
The role being offered is for a Front Office Guest Service Agent to join our friendly Motel team.
Free underground parking is available onsite for Team members.
The role is a casual position 15 to 30 hours per week including (weekend work which attracts shift penalties).
Shift times are normally between the hours of 7.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Sunday and you will generally be required to work every second weekend.
Shifts generally range from 4 to 8 hours per shift.
Experience in RMS, NewBook or other hotel reservations systems would be highly regarded.
Qualifications required -
- Reception and Reservations experience (e.g., NewBook, RMS).
- Proven Guest Service experience in Motel or Hospitality Industry.
- Ability to be a Motel all-rounder.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible roster.
- Stable work history.
- Cash handling experience.
- Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft).
- Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition.
- Available for an immediate start.
