The Positions
We are seeking a full-timeGuest Services Agent and a full-time Guest Services Officer to join our front office department.
Guest Services Agent
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a Guest Services agent role within a 5-star hotel environment.
- Prior knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage.
- Demonstrated focus on creating a positive guest experience.
- Must have availability to work within a 7-day roster.
Guest Services Officer
- In charge of internal and external phone calls that support the overall operation of the hotel team – Hotel experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking are key attributes for this role. Understanding when to prioritise information is a must.
- The ability to work autonomously and to prioritise information in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Must have availability to work within a 7-day roster.
