This iconic Resort is situated between the renowned Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland. The resort comprises 295 guest rooms, suites and villas.
Department
- Guest Service Agents reports directly to the Front Office Manager
- Recognise and engage with all in-house guests and our most valuable Elite members to deliver the highest quality stay experience
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the guest experience from pre-arrival, arrival and post-stay
- Ensure effective communication and delivery of Loyalty benefits program
- Personalise memorable guest experiences
- Learn Front Desk check-in and check-out procedures.
- Deliver on the Resort's Vision, ensure all rooms are allocated corrected
Professional Experience & Certificates:
- 1 year in a similar role - Hotel or Resort
- Strong guest experience focus and professionalism
- Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (essential)
