You will have the opportunity to contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for travelers. We are currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused Casual Guest Service Agent to join us for the overnight shift. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel during your shift.
Responsibilities:
- Process and assist with guest arrivals, departures and room allocations
- Attend guest queries in a timely manner
- Address complaints presented by guest in an efficient and positive manner
- Maintain a high level of health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members
Qualifications
- A positive can do & customer focused attitude
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to handle guest complaints
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience using FOLS would be advantageous
