About the role
The Guest Service Agent (GSA) challenges our expectations and brings new and exciting ideas to create exceptional guest experiences across our amazing spaces.
Some duties include:
- Lead the point of call for all hotel interactions, from making reservations, greeting guests, to making restaurant bookings.
- Drive every guest interaction with the QT Brand's signature service front of mind.
- Develop clear and comprehensive hand overs between shifts and colleagues, attending to daily tasks and check lists.
- Drive cashiering policies and procedures with 100% accuracy.

Skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- The ability to work under pressure in one of Newcastle's busiest hotels
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
- Team player with a hands on approach
- Working knowledge of a hotel property management system such as Opera Infrasys & Optii
- Current and full Australian Drivers License and the confidence to valet cars
