We are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team in both full-time and casual positions with an immediate start.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all our guests arrive, stay, and leave feeling welcomed, valued, and delighted with our service.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for all aspects of Hotel reception including check-in/out, customer relations and taking reservations.
The successful candidates must possess:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work professionally under pressure and multi-task
- The passion for providing every guest with a positive experience
- Pride in personal appearance and presentation
- Availability to work on a rotating roster
- Experience in a hotel environment working in Front Office services is desirable
- Knowledge of Hotel PMS system
The Canberra Rex Hotel is in Braddon, and is home to boutique accommodation, event spaces and multiple food and beverage outlets, including The Howling Moon rooftop bar as well as a great team!
