An exciting opportunity to work at a holiday park in the beautiful Bryon Bay of NSW.
The Site
First Sun Holiday Park is located on the beachfront of NSW's well-known town of Byron Bay. Guests can rent a self-contained cabin, hut, lodge, park their caravans in a powered and un-powered spot, or pitch their tents on the beautifully landscaped grounds. Belgravia Pro are the proud management company of this site since taking over in October 2019.
The Role
We are seeking to hire a casual Guest Service Attendant for our site. You will be required to clean our cabins in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring your tasks are completed within operational guidelines. the ideal candidate will already have hotel/motel housekeeping experience. The role will require you to clean all the single room cabins. Duties will include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, making beds, cleaning the kitchenette and bathroom/toilets.
The following will also be a requirement of the successful incumbent:
- Comply with and follow all Occupational Health & Safety, Risk and Environment policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as directed by the park manger from time to time
- Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
- The need to be available on weekends, public holidays and be empathetic to the peak seasonal periods
- A knowledge of accepted cleaning practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Immaculately presented
- Cleaning chemical knowledge - desirable
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Similar experience in a previous role
Essential
- Previous housekeeping (Hotel or Motel) experience
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check & National Police Check)
