What are we looking for?
We are currently seeking proactive and professional Guest Service Desk Attendant for a large retail site in the Wollongong Region, NSW We will accept applications for Part Time roles, with shifts varying from Monday to Sunday.
Our search is for an enthusiastic addition to a stable team, who can bring a highly developed sense of professionalism with a friendly attitude to the Desk, which is without doubt, the main attraction of a bustling live retail environment.
The core responsibilities include:
This role is responsible for the retail Guest Service Desk operations at the highest standard.
This involves:
- Providing outstanding customer service to a variety of people
- Liaising with clients, tenants, general public and contractors
- Providing directions
- Assisting with marketing campaigns
- Taking phone enquiries
- Providing a high level of assistance with the aim of going 'above and beyond' for our guests
To be successful you will need to bring your best personality to your interview and show us that you have:
- A customer service background & proven ability to exceed customer expectations
- A proactive nature and are exceptionally well-presented
- Relevant administration skills, general database entry and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated organizational, time management and administrative skills
