Tower Lodge, the Hunter Valley’s only Luxury Lodge, is the embodiment of relaxed luxury with a uniquely Spanish flair nestled in the heart of Wine Country. Independently owned and operated, this 14-suite venue underwent an extensive renovation in early 2022 and reopened to rave reviews. We are now looking for a Guest Services Attendant to join our team.
In this role you will be proactively engaging with our guests providing a warm, welcoming and inclusive experience from arrival to departure.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will be professional, energetic and reliable, as well as being able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Hospitality Role
- High level of communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the local area
- High grooming standards
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable transport
You must be available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The remuneration is commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is available to Australian Residents only.
