The Role: You will be joining an energetic and passionate team of associates who are the face of Hyatt Regency Sydney. As a Guest Service Agent in our busy Front Office team, you will assisting our guests with all enquiries to achieve and maintain the Hyatt 5 star service standards.
Responsibilities Include:
Create memorable experiences for our guests through care and empathy
Large volume of check ins and check outs on a daily basis
Assist with guest enquiries and recommendations
